Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use Hablari and for what purpose, in accordance with article 22.2 of the Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your browser. It is used to remember information (such as your logged-in session or your preferences) or to measure, in aggregate form, how the site is used. Alongside cookies, we also cover here other equivalent browser local-storage technologies (such as localStorage) when applicable.

2. Technical or strictly necessary cookies

These are essential for the platform to work. They do not require your consent, and you cannot disable them without affecting how the service functions.

• Authentication session (provider: Supabase). Keeps you securely logged in between requests. It is deleted when you log out or when it expires. Essential for accessing the dashboard.
• Theme preference (browser local storage). Remembers whether you choose light or dark mode, to avoid a "flash" when loading. It does not contain identifying personal data.
• Cookie consent (hablari-cookie-consent). Remembers your choice in the cookie banner so you are not asked again. Duration: 1 year.

3. Analytics cookies (require your consent)

These are only installed if you accept them in the cookie banner. By default they are disabled via "consent mode" (Google Consent Mode): until you accept, no analytics data is collected.

• Google Analytics (provider: Google Ireland Limited). Cookies _ga and _ga_*. They let us understand, in an aggregate and anonymous way, how the site is used (most visited pages, device, referral source) in order to improve it. Duration: up to 2 years. Google may process this data in the US under Standard Contractual Clauses. More information in Google's privacy policy.

4. How to manage or withdraw your consent

When you visit Hablari for the first time, a banner lets you accept analytics cookies or keep only the essential ones. You can change your decision at any time by deleting the cookie hablari-cookie-consent from your browser settings: on your next visit you will be asked again.

In addition, most browsers let you block or delete cookies from their privacy settings. Note that blocking technical cookies may prevent the platform from working correctly.

5. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy if the cookies we use or the applicable regulations change. We will publish the current version on this same page with its last-updated date.
